Abstract

Skozi diplomsko delo so predstavljene vrste vibracij. Ločimo proste, prisilne in samovzbujajoče vibracije.

Secondary title: Vibrations in machining systems
Secondary abstract: The intention of this diploma thesis work is to present different machining dynamics. We have focused on the importance of vibrations and noise, that can occur in the process of machining systems. Unwanted vibrations and noise are tried to be suppressed, as they have a bad effect on the final appearance of the workpiece. Different types of vibrations are presented through this diploma work. We separate between free, forced and self-exciting vibrations. We have established that self-excited vibrations or noise are the least desirable and also the most difficult to control and suppress. These vibrations not only affect the course of the processing system, but can also have consequences for humans as well. Structural noise often occurs in the machining sytems which is divided into mechanical, vibrational and electromagnetic noise. We can control vibrations by influencing the strength and power of these vibrations that occur in the machining process. We can contribute to better control of noise and vibrations caused in these systems by changing the process parameters, changing the tools or equipment that are being used, improving sound insulations and increasing the rigidity of the workpiece itself.
