Abstract

Za podjetje je bistvenega pomena imeti zaposlen kader, ki dosega uspeh in pričakovanje vodstva. Velik vpliv na uspešnost podjetja imajo zaposleni in le zadovoljni zaposleni bodo pripomogli k uspehu podjetja, zato organizacija ne sme izpustiti zanimanja za počutje zaposlenih. Diplomsko delo smo razdelili na teoretični in raziskovalni del. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili osnovne pojme kot so: zadovoljstvo pri delu, organizacijska klima, organizacijska kultura, delovna uspešnost, medsebojni odnosi in konflikti. V raziskovalnem delu smo na kratko predstavili podjetje in interpretirali rezultate izvedene ankete v podjetju X. Anketo in pridobljene rezultate smo razdelili na posamezne sklope, ki so zajemali podatke o splošnem zadovoljstvu, notranjih odnosih, pripadnosti organizacije ter motivaciji in zavzetosti zaposlenih. S pomočjo pridobljenih podatkov raziskave smo v zaključnem delu podali ugotovitve in predloge za izboljšanje stanja tistih dejavnikov, ki so bili slabše ocenjeni s strani zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract: Having employed personnel that reaches goals and expectations of the leadership is of outmost importance for a company. Employees have a significant influence on the success of a company but only satisfied employees will contribute their part to the common goal. That is why an organization should not neglect an interest in the well being of their employees. This thesis is divided into theoretical and research part. In the theoretical part we present the basic elements such as job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational culture, success in the work environment, interpersonal relations and conflicts. The research part includes short presentation of a company and interpretation of the results of the survey done in the company X. The survey and gathered results are divided into separate parts which contain information of general satisfaction, inside relations, loyalty to the organization and motivation and engagement of the employees. With the help of the research data we present the findings and suggestions for improvement of those elements that were rated poorly by the employees in the concluding part.
