Abstract

Cilj vsakega podjetja je imeti zaposlene, ki so inovativni, sposobni, delajo hitro in natančno in so usmerjeni v uresničitev zastavljenih ciljev podjetja. Da dobimo učinkovit kader, je potrebno zaposlene motivirati, kajti le tako so produktivni in si želijo, da je delo dobro opravljeno, ter jim posledično daje občutek zadovoljstva in dobrega počutja. Vodje, ki se zavedajo vrednosti zaposlenih, lahko ustvarijo takšno klimo v podjetju, ki vodi do boljših rezultatov in uspehov, kar je tudi pogoj za dobre medsebojne odnose v podjetju. Namen diplomskega dela je preučiti in analizirati motivacijo in nagrajevanje v podjetju ter prikazati, kako zelo pomembna sta danes motivacija in nagrajevanje. Cilj diplomskega dela je ugotoviti, kakšno je nagrajevanje v podjetju in kateri motivacijski dejavniki vplivajo na boljšo motivacijo zaposlenih, ter z dobljenimi rezultati pomagati vodstvu podjetja k novim načinom nagrajevanja zaposlenih. V diplomski nalogi smo v podjetju 3fs d. o. o., proučili obstoječe stanje na področju motivacije in nagrajevanja, in ugotovili, kateri motivacijski dejavniki motivirajo zaposlene in kateri dejavniki so dejansko prisotni v podjetju. Z anketo smo želeli ugotoviti, kakšna je stopnja zadovoljstva zaposlenih v podjetju, ter na podlagi dobljenih reultatov podali predloge za izboljšavo.

Secondary abstract: The goal of every company is to have innovative, capable, reliable, and hardworking employees who aim meticulously to accomplish the company's agenda. For the employees to work efficiently and productively, it is crucial to motivate them. Motivated workers wish to perform well, since positive results of their work give them a feeling of content and well being. Only managers who are aware of their workers` values are able to set up an atmosphere of success and good interpersonal relations. The purpose of this thesis is to research and analyse the motivational and rewarding factors in this company and also to demonstrate the importance of rewards and motivation for the well being of employees and for the efficiency of the working process. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the current motivational policy of the company, aiming at a higher level of motivation for employees. The results of the analysis should help the management of the company find new and more appropriate ways of rewarding and motivating employees. This thesis analyses the state of the motivation and rewards policy in the company 3fs d.o.o. It indicates which motivational factors are used by the management and the influence they have on the employees. With our questionnaire we determined a level of contentment among the employees upon which was our basis to suggest improvements.
