Abstract
Danes je za nudenje kakovostne zdravstvene pomoči ključnega pomena management in ravnanje s človeškimi viri v zdravstvenih domovih. Pri doseganju maksimalne kakovosti organizacije in izvajanja storitve oziroma nudenja zdravstvene pomoči pacientom so pomembne tudi kompetence in lastnosti managerja, ki vodi zdravstveni dom, ter kompetence in lastnosti zaposlenih zdravnikov. Manager, ki vodi zdravstveni dom, mora imeti jasne cilje in dobro izdelano vizijo ter strategijo za doseganje kakovosti. Da se dosežejo zastavljeni cilji in strategije zdravstvenega doma, je zelo pomembno zaposliti pravo osebo na pravo mesto v pravem času. Zato je tudi ključnega pomena, kako se kandidate za zaposlitev točkuje in oceni.

The manager who runs the health center must have clear goals and a well-crafted vision, as well as a strategy for achieving quality.
