diplomsko delo
Abstract
Zadetke smo ožili z omejitvenimi kriteriji: obdobje 2011–2021, jezik besedila angleščina in slovenščina, brezplačna dostopnost primernih člankov na podlagi pregledanih izvlečkov v polnem besedilu in recenzirani prispevki. Ko se bo v naslednjih nekaj letih zdravstveni sektor soočil z izzivi prenove, širitve in gradnje novih objektov, je dobro upoštevati vse elemente, saj bistveno izboljšujejo počutje pacientov in dokazano skrajšuje ležalne dobe.

Introduction: Space is a key element that affects the morale and productivity of hospital staff, and means faster recovery for the patient. Improve thus attributed to certain elements of the visual environment; involve the use of appropriate colors in interior design. Purpose: The purpose of the thesis was to determine whether the space has an impact on the patient in a hospital environment. Methods: The diploma thesis uses a descriptive method based on a systematic review of the literature. The literature review took place from September to November 2021. The results were considered with limited criteria: the period 2011–2021, the language of the text in English and Slovene, free access to initial articles based on the reviewed abstracts in full text and peer-reviewed papers. Results: Analysis of the data shows that the visual elements of the environment can promote a sense of well-being in the patient. Color is just one aspect of a successful interior hospital room, but by changing the color walls and floors can be the fastest and most cost-efective way to achieve results that can have a positive effect on patient experience. Discussion and conclusion: The role of spatial communication in the well-being of patients is diverse, so nurses in Slovenia should be more involved in the very design of the hospital environment. In doing so, it is necessary to conduct further research of all studies and use all natural resources available. When the healthcare sector faces the challenges of renovating, expanding and building new facilities in the coming years, it is good to use all the elements so that it improves patient well-being and has been proven to shorten length of stay. |
