Abstract

Komunikacija je bistveni element zdravstvene nege in jo uporabljamo, da lahko pacientom ponudimo tiste informacije, ki jih potrebujejo. Komunikacijo uporabljamo tudi, da izražamo svoje želeje, potrebe, tolažimo, pomirjamo, dajemo informacije. Diplomsko delo obravnava uporabo terapevtske komunikacije med medicinsko sestro in pacientom. Poudarek smo dali terapevtski komunikaciji in njeni uporabi v praksi zdravstvene nege. Predstavljeni so elementi terapevtske komunikacije, teoretična izhodišča komunikacije in medsebojni odnosi z vidika medicinske sestre v odnosu do pacienta. Namen diplomskega dela je opisati terapevtsko komunikacijo med medicinsko sestro in pacientom. Metodologija raziskovanja. Podatke smo zbrali z anketnimi vprašalniki. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 50 naključno izbranih diplomiranih medicinskih sester in zdravstvenih tehnikov, zaposlenih na kirurških in internih oddelkih. Raziskava temelji na kvantitativni metodologiji. Rezultati so prikazani v obliki grafov. Rezultati. Iz rezultatov ankete je razvidno, da anketirani pri svojem delu oziroma pri sodelovanju s pacienti ne uporabljajo terapevtske komunikacije. Najpogostejše ovire pri komunikaciji so pomanjkanje časa za odkrit pogovor, nezaupljivost pacienta, ter da pacienti ne razumejo vseh informacij, ki jih dobijo. Ostale ovire so še: strah in negotovost pacienta, pomanjkanje osebnih komunikacijskih spretnosti, pomanjkanje osebnih lastnosti medicinske sestre. Zaključek. Terapevtska komunikacija vodi k dobrim medsebojnim odnosom, k dobremu počutju in je pomembna pri obravnavi pacientov.

Secondary title: Use of therapeutic communication in nursing care
Secondary abstract: Communication is an essential element of health care and we use that can offer patients the information they need. Communication is also used to express their jellies, need console, given the information. The thesis deals with the use of therapeutic communication between nurse and patient. Emphasis is given to therapeutic communication and its application in nursing practice. Featured elements therapeutic communication, the theoretical foundations of communication and interaction in terms of nurses in relation to the patient. Purpose of this study is to describe the therapeutic communication between nurse and patient. The methodology of the survey. Data were collected by questionnaire. The study included 50 randomly selected nurses and medical technicians working in surgical and internal departments. The study is based on qualitative methodology. The results are displayed as graphs. Results. The results of the survey show that respondents in their work and in working with patients not using therapeutic communication. The most common barriers to communication are the lack of time for a frank conversation, patient mistrust, and that patients do not understand all the information they receive. Other barriers include: fear and uncertainty of the patient, lack of personal communication skills, lack of personal characteristics of nurses. Conclusion. Therapeutic communication leads to good mutual relations, to the well-being are important when dealing with patients.
