Abstract

Center za varovanje in zaščito znotraj Policije zagotavlja celovito varovanje oseb in zaščito določenih prostorov, objektov in okolišev objektov.

Secondary title: Guarding of protected persons during their leisure activities
Secondary abstract: . Protection during the leisure activities of the protected person requires a high level of concentration with security guards, who must pay attention to a large number of factors. Security guards must not obstruct the protected person or other stakeholders in leisure activities. The Office for the Protection and Protection of Internal Police provides comprehensive protection of persons and protection of certain premises, facilities and districts. The activity is always carried out somewhere in the background, away from the public eye. The men, who discreetly accompany the protected persons, carry out the activities quietly and invisibly, but the latter are no less strenuous, responsible and demanding. Training alone does not fully prepare the security officers for this type of protection as it is mainly focused on the tasks of protecting foreign state representatives in the Republic of Slovenia where protocol and other logistics services are often present. Each protected person is a different story, each spends their time differently, and various activities require certain equipment that the service does not provide to the security officers in all cases. All this causes additional problems for the security officers as they need to acquire the equipment, become acquainted with as well as confidently use and maintain it. They also plan the security tactics and others related measures.
