(specialistično delo)
Abstract
Z drugim — mini prehrambeno oceno so ugotovljene in predstavljene njihove prehranske navade.

Recommended nutrition of patients with syndrome of adrenal burnout |
Secondary abstract: |
This is a study about syndrome of adrenal burn out being more and more frequent distress of productive oriented society. People experience adrenal burn out, requiring more energy than they can give. There is description of adrenal burn out which develops from chronic stress due to work. During the period of experiencing chronic stress and later adrenal burn out several characteristic features and illnesses can appear; more frequent being cardio coronary diseases which could lead into heart attack. For adrenal burnt out it is significant that there is great lack of energy which is even strengthened after the state of heart attack. The use of energy is also influenced by illness, abilities and interest in normal diet are reduced , therefore body mass of those patients can reduce. The aim of expert work is to represent syndrome of adrenal burn out to establish whether burnt out patients who experienced heart attack have their body mass changed and whether they are undernourished. With the first questionnaire it was established that majority of patients are burnt out. With the second – mini nutritional assessment their nutritional habits were established and represented. Their body mass, previously higher than normal, slightly reduced, while their nutrition was worse during illness. Optimal nutrition for burnt out patients and patients with cardio coronary diseases is the same: classic protective diet with many antioxidants and with food having consistency of adapted abilities for consummation. |
