Abstract

Razmerja med ljudmi so osnova, na katerih temelji sodobno vodenje. Vsakodnevni medsebojni odnosi so prežeti s čustvi, taki so tudi odnosi v negovalnem timu. Čustva so stalno prisotna tako v našem delu kot tudi v našem življenju. Namen diplomskega dela je opredeliti pojem čustev v povezavi z vodenjem v zdravstveni negi in negovalnem timu, saj so le ta pojem človeške biti. Želimo prikazati kompleksnost, specifičnost in pomen čustev ter čustvene inteligence vodje, doprinos čustev k dobremu vodenju in izvrševanju ciljev organizacije. Raziskava je potekala na Univerzitetnem kliničnem centru Ljubljana na Kliniki za nevrokirurgijo, temeljila je na kvantitativni metodologiji, anketo smo izvedli z anketnim vprašalnikom. V sklopu raziskave je bilo razdeljenih in vrnjenih 30 anketnih vprašalnikov. Pridobljene podatke smo računalniško obdelali in grafično prikazali s pomočjo programov Microsoft Office Excel in Microsoft Office Word. Ugotovili smo, da imajo čustva in vodenje s čustveno inteligenco bistven vpliv na delovno storilnost ter na zadovoljstvo članov negovalnega tima. Zaposlenim je pomembno zaupanje in dobri odnosi v negovalnem timu, na kar vpliva stil vodenja, ki se nagiba iz hierarhičnega k bolj demokratičnemu. Anketa je prikazala, dokaj spodbudno in pozitivno vodenje, kjer je v ospredju demokratični stil vodenja, kar prikazuje nove korake in napredek v vodenju negovalnega tima.

Secondary title: emotions and leadership in nursing team
Secondary abstract: Relations among people are the basis for contemporary leadership. Daily interpersonal relations are involved with emotions and the relations in the nursing team resembling. Emotions are always present in our work and our life. Intention of diploma is to define the conception of emotions in connection to nursing leadership in the nursing team as they are the motion of human essence. We want to describe the complexity, specificity and the meaning of emotions and emotional intelligence of the leader; contribution of emotions to a proper leadership and to attain the organisation's objectives. The research was done at The University Medical Centre of Ljubljana at the Clinic for Neurosurgery, it was founded on quantitative methodology and the survey was made by survey questionnaire. In the research connection 30 survey questionnaires were distributed and rendered. Acquired data was computer-processed and graphically presented by programs Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft Office Word. We found that emotions and the leadership with emotional intelligence have significant impact on labour productivity and on satisfaction of the nursing team members. Employees prefer confidence and good relations in the nursing team which is influenced by the style of leadership that tends from hierarchic to a more democratic one. The survey showed rather stimulating and positive leadership, prevailing by the democratic style of leadership, which shows the new tendency and advance in leadership of nursing team.
