Secondary abstract: | The master thesis presents the design of a vertical manipulator bridge for Ledinek Engineering d.o.o. The device enables the manipulation of glued wooden panels from the Z- press to the multi storey storage. The design of the basic structure and the design of all the components that enable the bridge to function are presented. The loads acting on the bridge structure have been calculated and a topological optimisation of the design for the base girder of the bridge has been carried out. The resulting geometry optimisation was used to define the final shape of the girder, which was subsequently strength-calculated. |
