Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljeno delo s Siemensovim programskim okoljem TIA portal za programiranje programirljivih logičnih krmilnikov (PLK) ter podrobnejša konfiguracija uporabniškega vmesnika (HMI) na primeru farmacijskega pralnika. Uvodni del diplomskega dela opisuje programsko okolje, ki je bilo uporabljeno za izdelavo ustreznih programskih kod, uporabniške vmesnike ter osnovni model pralnika, vključno z operacijami, parametri ter elementi, ki so za to napravo pomembni. V drugem delu so opisani osnovni koraki v programskem okolju TIA portal, kot je ustvarjanje novega projekta ter sestavljanje strojne opreme, predstavljene pa so tudi osnove programiranja PLK-jev. V tretjem delu je opisan postopek konfiguracije Siemensovega HMI-ja v TIA-portalu. Ta postopek je predstavljen na praktičnem primeru, po katerem se lahko izdelajo uporabniški vmesniki za krmiljenje in nadzor različnih naprav. V zaključnem delu diplomske naloge je predstavljena konfiguracija beleženja podatkov procesa. Predstavljene so različne rešitve, ki uporabniku omogočajo vpogled v te beležke, prav tako pa omogočajo tudi sestavljanje poročil o končanem procesu.

Secondary title: Development of a supervisory system for a pharmaceutical washer
Secondary abstract: Presented thesis describes the use of Siemens programming environment TIA portal for programming programmable logic controllers (PLCs) as well as detailed configuration of human machine interface (HMI) on a basic model of a pharmaceutical washer. The introductory part of the thesis describes programming environment, which was used to make the appropriate program code, user interface and a basic model of the washer, including operations, parameters and individual elements that are important for the machine. The second part of the thesis describes brief introductory part to the programming environment TIA portal. This includes creation of a new project and hardware configuration, as well as the basics of PLC programming. The third part of the thesis presents the process of configuring Siemens HMI in TIA portal. This process is presented on a practical case, according to which software for user interface for wide range of machines can be made. The final part of the thesis describes the configuration logged data of the process. This segment also presents different solutions, which give the operator of the machine insight into the logged data.
