Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno uvajanje CAM sistema v podjetje Megras d.o.o.. Obravnavana tematika je za podjetje pomembna zaradi želje po maksimalnem izkoriščevanju obdelovalnih strojev in optimizaciji CNC programov. Naloga obsega analizo funkcionalnosti obstoječe programske opreme, stroškovno analizo nabave CAM programskega paketa in primerjavo posameznih CAM-sistemov in njihovih ponudnikov. Najpomembnejši del diplomske naloge predstavlja analiza različnih ponudnikov CAM-sistemov. S podrobno razčlenitvijo in stroškovno analizo posameznih CAM sistemov smo ugotovili, da je za uporabo v podjetju Megras d.o.o. najprimernejši CAM programski paket CAMWorks, vendar pa je vzporedno potrebna uporaba CAD programa Solidworks. Ker pa podjetje ne uporablja CAD sistema Solidworks, ampak Inventor, se izkazalo, da je za podjetje optimalnejši nakup SolidCAM, ki se lahko integrira v Inventor.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis describes the incorporation of CAM system into the company Megras d.o.o.. The topic of discussion is important for the company due to its desire for maximum use of CNC machines and optimization of CNC programs. The thesis includes an analysis of the existing software’s functionality, a cost analysis of the purchase of a CAM software package and a comparison of individual CAM systems and their providers. The most important part of the thesis is the analysis of various providers of CAM systems. With a detailed breakdown and cost analysis of individual CAM systems, we found that the best CAM software package for company Megras d.o.o. is CAMWorks, but the use of Solidworks CAD software is required. However, since the company does not use the Solidworks CAD system, but rather Inventor, it turned out that it would be better to buy SolidCAM, which can be integrated into Inventor.
