Abstract

Dandanes postaja prenova stanovanjskega fonda v Sloveniji vedno bolj pomembna tema. Imamo namreč velik delež stavb, ki so bile zgrajene v času med 70. in 90. letom in so sedaj energijsko potratne. Zato se poraja vprašanje, kako narediti takšno stavbo čimbolj energijsko učinkovito. V magistrskem delu smo se osredotočili na trenutno veljavno zakonodajo v Sloveniji ter na zasnove energijsko učinkovite stavbe. Na podlagi tega smo naredili analizo obstoječe starejše stanovanjske stavbe. Pri tem smo si pomagali s programom PHPP – namenjen je pasivni gradnji. Tako smo ugotovili, kaj so najprimernejši ukrepi obnove, da postane stavba energijsko učinkovita. S pomočjo programa smo izvedli tudi prenovo obstoječe stanovanjske stavbe.

Secondary title: Energy efficient renovation of residental building on Koroška street
Secondary abstract: Nowadays, the renovation of the multi-dwelling housing stock in Slovenia is becoming an increasingly important topic. We have a large share of buildings that were built between the 70s and 90s and are now energy inefficient. Therefore, the question arises how to make such a building as energy efficient as possible. In the master thesis, we focused on the current legislation in Slovenia and on the concepts of energy efficient building design. Based on this, we made an analysis of the existing older residential building. We used PHPP program for passive construction. Thus, we determined what the most appropriate renovation measurements are to make the building energy efficient. With the help of the program, we also renovated the existing residential building.
