Abstract

V raziskavo so bili vključeni izvirni in pregledni članki in raziskave v angleškem in slovenskem jeziku. Rezultati: Po pregledu literature smo ugotovili, da pojem orgazma nima natančne definicije. Najbolj poznana sta dva tipa orgazma, in sicer klitorisni in vaginalni orgazem. Klitorisni orgazem doživijo ženske ob stimulaciji klitorisa, vaginalni orgazem pa ob samem spolnem aktu. V diplomskem delu smo dejavnike razdelili v dve skupini, in sicer na endogene in eksogene dejavnike. Pod endogene dejavnike štejemo vpliv hormonov, menstruacijski ciklus, menopavzo, hormonsko kontracepcijo in različne bolezni.

Secondary title: Influence of endogenous and exogenous factors on female orgasm: systematic review and meta-analysis
Secondary abstract: Introduction: Female orgasmic disorders are the second most common described sexual problems in women, which is considered to be the persistent or recurrent delay or absence of orgasm after normal phase of sexual arousal, causing sever distress or interpersonal problems. Purpose: Systematically review the literature on the influence of endogenous and exogenous factors on female orgasm was performed. Methods: A descriptive method of work was used with a systematic literature review with qualitative approach. Original and review articles and research in English and Slovenian were included in the research. Results: After the reviewing process, we found that the term orgasm does not have a precise definition. Two types of orgasm are best known, namely clitoral and vaginal orgasm. Clitoral orgasm is experienced by women during clitoral stimulation, and vaginal orgasm during sexual intercourse. Orgasmic disorders are very common in women, reported by 11-41% of women worldwide. The occurrence of orgasm itself is influenced by endogenous and exogenous factors. The brain has a great influence certain factors that affect brain function. Culture, race, and upbringing also have a great influence. Discussion and conclusion: Disorders of orgasm or the non-occurrence of orgasm is still a common and complex problem among women. The brain and its function play a big role in a woman's orgasm. how the brain responds to various stimuli throughout the body. In the diploma work, we divided the factors into two groups, namely endogenous and exogenous factors. Endogenous factors include the influence of hormones, the menstrual cycle, menopause, hormonal contraception, and various diseases. Exogenous factors included the influence of culture, race, religion, education, and employment. As the female orgasm is a very complex matter, further research is needed on this topic.
