Abstract

Dializni aparat je naprava, ki prevzame delovanje ledvic. Monitoring je sestavni del procesa in predstavlja ključni nadzor. V nekaterih primerih je potreben tudi dodaten monitoring, kar smo preverili v dializnem centru Nefrodial v Celju, kjer smo izvedli tudi raziskavo. Simulatorji imajo precej dobrih lastnosti med samim procesom izobraževanja, med drugim tudi ni etično, da se študentje učijo na pravih bolnikih. Najpomembnejša prednost simulatorjev je, da ne moremo napraviti škode bolniku, ker njegovo vlogo prevzame simulator. Prikazali smo simulacijo priprave dializnega aparata. Preko internetnih virov smo ugotovili, da VAM simulacija omogoča prikaz dveh varnostnih sistemov (zrak v cevnem sistemu, krvni strdek v cevnem sistemu). Sistemi, ki smo jih idetificirali, predstavljajo v današnjem času veliko varnost za bolnika. Ugotovitve, do katerih smo prišli v diplomskem delu, so nastale s pomočjo literature, internetnih virov in pa slikovnega gradiva.

Secondary abstract: Dialyser is a device that takes over the renal function. Monitoring is an integral part of the process and represents a key control. In some cases, the additional monitoring is also required. That was tested in a dialysis center Nefrodial in Celje, where the survey was carried out. Simulators are good for the process of education. The most important advantage of a simulator is that we can not make damage to the patient, because the machine assumes the role of the patient. After all it is not ethical that students learn on patients. The simulation of preparing the dialyser is presented. Through Internet sources, we found that the VAM simulation lets us view two safety systems (air in the piping system, a blood clot in the piping system). The systems we have identified contribute nowadays to better safety of the patient. Conclusions, reached in the thesis have been generated through literature, internet sources and illustrations.
