Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili oživljanje in reševanje v gorah in težko dostopnih področjih. Primerjali smo tudi reševanje in oživljanje v gorah z reševanjem v lažje dostopnih področjih. V prikazu primerov smo prikazali, dve reševalni akciji, v katerih smo pacienta oživljali; opisane so bile vse okoliščine dogodka in celotna reševalna akcija.

Secondary title: Resuscitation in the mountains
Secondary abstract: We presented reanimation and rescuing in the mountains and inaccessible areas in our diploma thesis. We compared the rescuing and reanimation in the mountains to the rescues in easily accessible areas. We described how the rescuing in the mountains and inaccessible regions in Slovenia is organized. We also presented the revised guidelines of basic and additional reanimation procedure, which are valid since 2010. We explained the importance of cooperation between the Mountain Rescue Association of Slovenia and emergency medical teams. We also described the situations, leading to cardiac arrest. We presented two rescues, both requiring the reanimation of the patient; the entire rescue operation and every circumstance was described. When comparing those two situations to each other we found some conclusions: advantage of helicopter rescue, the importance of improvisation, the importance of quality equipment and the need for greater availability of automated external defibrillators in Slovenian mountain huts. We also mentioned the importance of cooperation of a graduate nurse in the Mountain Rescue Association, because a more quality medical supply is ensured with it.
