diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija

Abstract

Nenehno izboljševanje kakovosti proizvodov in procesov, zmanjševanje stroškov ter povečanje produktivnosti so zelo pomembni dejavniki za obstoj podjetja na konkurenčnem trgu. Zavedati se moramo družbene odgovornosti do zaposlenih, okolja, skupnosti, v kateri delujemo. Verjeti moramo, da lahko svoje dolgoročne cilje razvijamo in uresničujemo le z dobrimi odnosi znotraj podjetja, z zaposlenimi, ki prihodnost nadaljujejo z odgovornim odnosom do družbenega in naravnega okolja. Podjetja, ki se zavedajo, da so njihovi zaposleni osnova in zagotovilo za rast in razvoj podjetja, so praktično že zmagovalci. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela. Prvi del prestavlja teoretične osnove o managementu, vodenju, motivaciji, komunikaciji, o timskem delu in operativnem managementu. Drugi, empirični del predstavlja rezultate ankete, v kateri je sodeloval operativni kader Ljubljanskih mlekarn. Anketa se dotika splošnih podatkov o anketirancih, mnenjski del ankete pa predstavlja stališče, ki ga ima managerski kader v zvezi s problemom razvoja podjetja. Namen diplomskega dela je združiti praktični in teoretični del ter z rezultati pridobiti stališča glede nekaterih aktualnih problemov vodenja in razvoja podjetja na nivoju operativnega managementa.

Secondary abstract: Continuous improvement in product quality and processes, reducing costs and increasing productivity are important factors for the company's survival in a competitive market. We must be aware of social responsibility to employees, the environment and the communities. We must believe that their long-term goals can be developed and exercised only with good relations within the company, the employees who continue in the future with a responsible attitude to the social and natural environment. Companies which provide basics for growth and development, who trust in their own employees, are practically champions. My diploma is divided into two parts. The first part represents the theoretical basis of management, leadership, motivation, communication, the teamwork and operational management. Second part presents the empirical part, which presents the results of surveys of operational staff in the company Ljubljanske mlekarne, d.d..The survey reveals general information about respondents. The second part represents opinion polls about problem of development in the company regarding to the position held by the managerial staff. Purpose of this study is to combine practical and theoretical part. The results are obtaining views on some current problems of management and business development at the level of operational management.
