Abstract
Cilj vsake delovne organizacije je dosegati dober poslovni uspeh, enako velja tudi za Hypo Alpe-Adria Bank d.d. To se najlažje doseže s kvalitetnim delom. Za kvalitetno delo pa je potrebno motivirati zaposlene. Motivacija je usmerjanje aktivnosti k želenim ciljem. Vendar tudi sama motivacija za delo ni dovolj, pomembno je, da so zaposleni s svojim delom zadovoljni, to se je potrdilo tako v teoretičnem kot tudi praktičnem delu. Le zadovoljen delavec bo opravil delo kvalitetno ter s tem povečal uspešnost poslovanja podjetja. Pri tem pa ne gre prezreti vloge vodij, ki morajo biti pri svojem delu usmerjeni predvsem na motiviranje zaposlenih.
Zaposleni v Hypo Alpe-Adria Bank d.d. so zadovoljni z delom, ki ga opravljajo. Določeni dejavniki zaposlene še posebej motivirajo za delo, obstajajo pa tudi dejavniki, s katerimi so zaposleni manj zadovoljni.

The aim of every work organization is to achieve great success in business and the same applies to Hypo Alpe-Adria Bank d.d. This is most easily achieved through quality work. In order to produce quality work employees need to be motivated. The motivation is to guide human activities with regard to the aim pursued. However, motivation for work itself is not enough. It is also important that employees are satisfied with their work which was confirmed in theoretical and practical work. Only a satisfied employee will produce quality work and thereby enhance efficiency in business operations. One should also not overlook the role of leaders who have to be focused mainly on employees’ motivation in performing their work.
Employees in Hypo Alpe-Adria Bank d.d. are pleased with the work they perform . Certain factors motivate employees even more to perform their best; however there are also factors with which employees are less satisfied. |
