diplomsko delo
Abstract

Influence of covid-19 on return of children to organized trainings in radomlje football club |
Secondary abstract: |
Thesis deals with influence of COVID-19 (coronavirus disease-19) on return of children to organized trainings in Football Club (FC) Radomlje. The thesis is based on the results of a questionnaire and data on the number of children included in football trainings in seasons 2020/2021 and 2021/2022. These results and data serve as a basis for an analysis of the number of children willing to return to the trainings and competitions after the revocation of the COVID-19 epidemic. In addition, the thesis examines the reasons which may have contributed to the continued attendance at trainings or withdrawal from the trainings. The results of the aforementioned questionnaire and data are crucial for research of consequences the non-return of the children to organized trainings may have on FC Radomlje as an organisation.
The research demonstrated that FC Radomlje will be able to follow the defined strategy which emphasizes the training of young football players for the purposes of joining the first team as well as for the sale on the sports market. Being able to maintain the majority of children in the training process will also help maintain the income derived from the training fees and will thus enable the club to cooperate with competent training staff. This will be essential in the fulfilment of club's primary mission, which is to allow each player to lead a healthy lifestyle, to receive education and to develop his/her personality. |
