analiza oskrbe v Sloveniji
Boštjan Ruedl (Author), Uroš Kramar (Mentor)

Abstract

V nalogi obravnavamo oskrbovalne verige in oskrbo. Nato z analizo sekundarnih podatkov in javno dostopnimi podatki ter lastno elaboracijo analiziramo primere panoge oz. oskrbovalne verige, prizadete zaradi pandemije COVID-19. V diskusiji izsledkov sledijo še predlogi izboljšav kot učinkovita rešitev v obliki treh stebrov za nemoteno oskrbo in delovanje oskrbovalnih verig oz. vzpostavljen model Integrativni trifazni pristop k nemotenemu delovanju oskrbovalnih verig.

Secondary title: The impact of coronavirus on supply chains: analysis of supply in slovenia
Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis investigates supply and supply chains. Theoretical background commences with examination of the supply chain, its structures, and stakeholders. We address some of the challenges in reassuring continuous operations in supply chain management. Furthermore, we delineate from the supply chain management and logistics. We conclude the literature review by compilation of supplementary concepts and constructs such as supply-chain resilience, robustness, and risk management. The empirical analysis first tackles three open questions regarding the impact of COVID-19 worldwide and in general. The analysis of secondary and publicly-accessible data is used to elaborate insights on three illustrative examples of supply chains (industries) remarkably affected by the pandemic. Recommendations and implications or better solutions are presented in discussion. Finally, we devise a conceptual integrative framework on three pillars for guidelines on continuous supply and supply-chain operations without disruptions in a model.
