Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo predstavili zdravstveno nego otroka s posebno obliko gibalne oviranosti, oziroma z Epidermolyso bulloso.

Secondary title: Nursing care of a child with a special form of motor impairment
Secondary abstract: In the thesis we presented the nursing care of a child with a special need of the motion disability or with the skin disease named« Epidermolysis bullosa (EB)« EB is a rare skin disease which is accompanied by severe skin lesions and secondary complications in other organs(eyes, gastrointestinal tract, ranging…). A disease is due to a lack of different protein whose mission is to combine layers of skin cells. The disease EB is rare in terms of population in Slovenia. In the theoretical part of my written work, we described clinical presentation of the EB, the diagnosis,a treatment, a motion disability and a medical care.We present the importance of physiotherapy in patients with the disease named EB. We described the role of nurses in a child with the disease EB, health education work with parents and communication between teaching staff and parents. In the empirical part, we presented a case stady of disease. We showed the most frequent nursing diagnoses of a child with EB based on a process of nursing.
