Abstract

V uvodu magistrskega dela bomo predstavil hibridni sistem ogrevanja, kjer se za ogrevanje uporabljata dva različna vira energije, opisali komponente, ki so sestavni del napredne regulacije ogrevanja, vgradnjo lokalnega prezračevanja z rekuperacijo in opisali potrebo po vgradnji klimatske naprave. Nato bomo po Pravilniku o učinkoviti rabi energije v stavbah (Pures 2010) in tehnični smernici TSG-1-004:2010 s pomočjo programa KI Energija 2017 izdelali energetsko izkaznico za referenčno enodružinsko hišo. Dobljeno energetsko izkaznico bomo nato primerjali z več izdelanimi energetskimi izkaznicami za enodružinsko hišo, iz katerih bo razvidno, kako določena posodobitev oziroma vgradnja novega sistema v enodružinsko hišo vpliva na končni izkaz energijske izkaznice. Namen magistrskega dela je predstaviti analizo prihrankov, ki bi jih dobili, če bi v omenjeni enodružinski hiši vzpostavili hibridni sistem ogrevanja, posodobili regulacijo ogrevanja ali vgradili lokalni prezračevalni sistem z vračanjem toplote.

Secondary title: Heating, cooling and ventilation of buildings
Secondary abstract: In the introduction of the master's thesis, we will present a hybrid heating system where two different energy sources are used for heating, describe components that are an integral part of advanced heating regulation, installation of local ventilation with recovery, and describe the need to install air conditioning. Then, according to the Rules on the efficient use of energy in buildings (Pures 2010) and the technical guideline TSG-1-004: 2010 to produce an energy certificate for the reference single-family house using the KI Energy 2017 program. Then we will compare the obtained energy certificate with several prepared energy performance certificates for the reference single-family house, which will show how a certain update or installation of a new system in a single-family house affects the final energy performance certificate. The purpose of the master's thesis is to present an analysis of the savings that would be obtained if a hybrid heating system were set up in the mentioned single-family house, heating regulation was updated, or a local ventilation system with heat recovery was installed.
