Abstract
V teoretičnem delu smo opisovali pojem absentizem in njegovo proučevanje.
Osredotočili smo se na psihosocialne dejavnike na delovnem mestu, ki pomembno
vplivajo na vedenje zaposlenih, in jih podrobneje opisali. Spoznavali smo vrste
absentizma, modele, vzroke, zaradi katerih pride do tega pojava, kakšne so njegove
posledice, kakšno je stanje v Sloveniji in v Evropi v zvezi z absentizmom ter ukrepe, ki jih
uporabljajo nekatere organizacije z namenom preprečitve tega pojava.
V empiričnem delu smo obravnavali dve najobsežnejši skupini dejavnosti v bolnišnici, to
sta zdravstvena nega in zdravniki. Z zbranimi internimi podatki smo ugotavljali trend
bolniškega staleža po letih pri obeh skupinah. S pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika smo
želeli pridobiti vpogled v psihosocialne dejavnike tveganj v bolnišnici, ugotoviti, kakšne
so razlike pri dejavnikih med obravnavanima skupinama, povezave med njimi in kako
so v obeh skupinah zadovoljni z ukrepi.
Z analizo in na podlagi anketnega vprašalnika smo prikazali stanje v bolnišnici ter na
podlagi zbranih podatkov podali priporočila in opisali ukrepe za preventivno
zmanjšanje odsotnosti z dela

Secondary abstract: |
In the theoretical part of the paper, we described the term absenteeism and studies
addressing it. We focused on and detailed psychosocial factors in the workplace that
have an important effect on employee behaviour. We also presented types of
absenteeism, models, its causes, consequences, the situation in Slovenia and Europe
and measures adopted by some organisations to prevent this practice.
In the empirical part, we studied the two biggest groups of hospital professionals, i.e.
nurses and doctors. Using the collected internal data, we determined the trend of sick
leave in both groups in terms of their age. By conducting a survey, we tried to gain an
insight into psychosocial risk factors in the hospital and determine differences and
connections between the factors in both groups and the level of satisfaction with
measures in both groups.
Based on the conducted analysis and survey, we portrayed the situation in the hospital
and, based on the collected data, we provided recommendations and described
measures for preventive reduction of sick leave. |
