Posledice odvisnosti od alkohola v bolnikovi družini in delovnem okolju

Abstract

Odvisnost od alkohola je danes ena najbolj razširjenih tipov zasvojenosti. Ljudje alkohol uživajo še vedno preveč, tako za zabavo kot za sprostitev. Še vedno so premalo poučeni o varnem in odgovornem uživanju alkohola ter se ne zavedajo kakšne so lahko posledice prekomernega pitja alkohola. V diplomskem delu smo predstavili posledice odvisnosti od alkohola, ki se pojavljajo v bolnikovem okolju. Opisali smo odvisnost od alkohola ter dejavnike, ki vplivajo na odvisnost. Posebno poglavje smo namenili posledicam odvisnosti od alkohola, ki se kažejo na vseh področjih, tako telesnem, duševnem, kot tudi družinskem, delovnem področju in vsakdanjem življenju. Prav tako smo predstavili načine zdravljenja alkoholizma, ki so na voljo in vlogo medicinske sestre pri zdravljenju alkoholizma. V empiričnemu delu smo predstavili rezultate raziskave, ki smo jo izvedli v Klubu zdravljenih alkoholikov v Skupini za zdrav način življenja Šentjur v letu 2010. Rezultate smo pridobili z anonimnim anketnim vprašalnikom, ki je vseboval 24 vprašanj odprtega in zaprtega tipa. Želeli smo ugotoviti na kakšen način so se kazale posledice odvisnosti od alkohola pri anketiranih ter kako se anketirani počutijo po zdravljenju v družini in delovnem okolju. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so posledice odvisnosti od alkohola na delovnem mestu in v družini vsekakor vplivale na anketirane ter, da se anketirani po zdravljenju počutijo bistveno močnejše in enako sprejete tako na delovnem mestu kot v družini.

Secondary abstract:	Alcohol addiction is now one of the most common types of addiction. People still enjoy alcohol too much, both for entertainment and relaxation. There are still too few educated about safe and responsible use of alcohol and are not aware of what may be the consequences of excessive drinking. In the thesis, we presented the consequences of alcohol dependence, occurring in a patient's environment. We described the dependence on alcohol and the factors that influence the dependence. A separate chapter was devoted to the consequences of alcohol dependence, which are evident in all areas, physical, mental, as well as family, work area and daily life. We have also presented the available ways to treat alcoholism and the role of nurses in the treatment of alcoholism. In the empirical part, we presented the results of the research conducted by the club for recovering alcoholics in the group of healthy lifestyles Šentjur in 2010. We obtained the data by using an anonymous questionnaire that contained 24 opened and closed questions. We wanted to determine how the consequences of alcohol dependence are shown among the surveyed respondents, and how they feel after treatment in their home and their workplace. The survey results showed that the effects of alcohol addiction in the workplace and the family certainly affect the respondent and that the respondents feel significantly stronger after treatment and are equally accepted in the workplace and in their family.
