Abstract

V projektiranju vodnih turbin je potrebno le-te tudi dinamsko analizirati, saj zaradi visokih pobežnih hitrosti lahko pride do katastrofalnih posledic. Velikokrat je dinamska analiza zahtevana kot končna projektna dokumentacija pri izdelavi vodnih turbin. V magistrski nalogi je bila izvedena dinamska analiza horizontalne cevne Kaplanove turbine tipa S. Izračunani so bili maksimalni povesi gredi ter povesi gredi pod gonilnikom z ozirom na zračnost gonilnih lopat. Preko maksimalnih povesov gredi smo izračunali lastne upogibne frekvence pogonske gredi z uporabo Dunkerleyeve formule. Izračunali smo torzijske lastne frekvence, kjer smo v prvem primeru upoštevali samo gred, v drugem primeru pa smo upoštevali še zobniški prenos ter vztrajnost generatorja. Izračuni so bili narejeni teoretično, v programskem paketu Ansys ter v programskem paketu XLRotor. Dobljeni rezultati med posameznimi modeli so primerljivi ter ustrezajo zahtevam naročnika.

Secondary abstract: In the design of water turbines, it is also necessary to dynamically analyze them, as high runaway speeds can have catastrophic consequences. Dynamic analysis is often required as the final design documentation for the manufacture of water turbines. In this master's thesis, a dynamic analysis of the horizontal tubular S type Kaplan turbine was performed. Maximum shaft deflections and shaft deflections under the runner were calculated with respect to the clearance of the runner blades. The maximum bending frequencies of the shaft were calculated using the maximum shaft deflections of the drive shaft using Dunkerley's formula. We calculated the torsional natural frequencies, where in the first case we took into account only the shaft, and in the second case we also took into account the gear transmission and the inertia of the generator. The calculations were done theoretically, in the Ansys software package and in the XLRotor software package. The results obtained between individual models are comparable and meet the requirements of the client.
