Abstract
V diplomskem delu z naslovom Motiviranje otrok z lutko je lutka predstavljena kot izhodišče za rutinske dejavnosti v vrtcu. Služili pri motiviranju otrok za večje zanimanje za prehranjevanje, počitek, prihod v vrtec in ostajanje v vrtcu. Tovrstne dejavnosti omogočajo predšolskemu otroku pridobivanje občutka za red in navajanje nanj in ob tem je otrokom všeč, da poznajo zaporedje in potek rutinskih dejavnosti. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela je lutka predstavljena kot sredstvo za motivacijo otrok, ki spodbuja otroke k lastni aktivnosti. Naveden je pomen motiviranja z lutko kot uspešne metode posredovanja novih vsebin in sredstva za doseganje ciljev v vzgojno-izobraževalnem delu. Cilji so pridobivanje teoretičnega znanja s področja rutinskih dejavnosti v vrtcu ter posredovanje pravil in novih veščin skozi motivacijo z lutko. Lutka je motivacijsko sredstvo, s pomočjo katerega otroci še bolj raziskujejo in pridobivajo voljo in veselje za aktivnosti pri rutinskih dejavnostih. V praktičnem delu je predstavljeno delo z lutko in dejavnosti, izvedene s pomočjo lutke – ljubljenke skupine. Rezultati praktičnega dela z lutko kažejo, da se otroci skozi ta proces pri rutinskih dejavnostih bili bolj motivirani in da jim je lutka nudila večjo varnost. Vzgojiteljeva naloga je spodbujanje in pripravljanje otrok na to, da v vrtec prihajajo sproščeni, nasmejani in predvsem dobre volje.

In the diploma thesis entitled Motivating children with a puppet, the puppet is presented as a starting point for routine activities in kindergarten. It served to motivate children for greater interest in eating, resting, coming to kindergarten, and staying in kindergarten. Such activities allow the preschool child to gain a sense of order and get used to it, and in addition, children like it if they know the sequence and course of routine activities. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis, the puppet is presented as a means of motivating children, which encourages children to their own activities. The importance of motivating with a puppet as successful methods of indirect knowledge and achieving goals in educational work is stated. The goals of working with a puppet are the development of children to communicate rules and new content to achieve goals, gaining knowledge in the field of routine activities in kindergarten, genuine motivation of children with a puppet to make children feel the power of the puppet. The puppet is a motivational tool through which children further explore dna gain the will and joy for activities in routine activities. The practical part presents the work with the puppet and the activities performed with the help of the puppet - the group's favorite. The results of working with a doll show that in this process children learn to be more motivated to eat independently, master routine activities and feel safe in kindergarten. The educator's task is to encourage and prepare children to come to kindergarten relaxed, smiling and, above all, in a good mood. |
