Angelina Jollie: V deželi krvi in medu

Abstract

Angelina Jolie se je po obisku Bosne in Hercegovine – kot ambasadorka dobre volje Organizacije združenih narodov zaradi goreče osebne želje odločila, da napiše scenarij za ljubezensko vojno dramo. Med pisanjem scenarija se je posvetovala z ameriškim diplomatom in članom Clintonove administracije Richardom Holbrookom, ki je bil eden izmed soavtorjev Daytonskega mirovnega sporazuma, generalom Wesley Clarkom, ki je bil direktor za strateške načrte in politiko obrambnega ministrstva med vojno v BiH ter tujim dopisnikom Tomom Gjeltenom. Med tem naj omenimo, da je bil Richard ugleden »pro bono« odposlanec predsednika Clintona za Balkan, njegova naloga pa je bila umiritev napetosti med Srbijo in vojsko OVK , ki se je zavzemala za samostojnost Kosova. Holbrooke je bil podpredsednik podjetja Perseus LLC, član upravnega odbora gigantskega podjetja AIG. Zanimivo je, da so prav ta podjetja zabeležila največjo rast dobička v času vojne na Balkanu. Clarkovo sporno srečanje in izmenjavanje baretk z voditeljem bosanskih Srbov, Ratkom Mladićem, je tako v ZDA kot drugje po svetu povzročilo val zgražanj. Ta ista oseba je kljub polemikam in strašanskim napakam dobila naziv SACEUR . Javno mnenjske raziskave kažejo na to, da sam film v Bosni in Hercegovini pomaga celiti rane, a jih po drugi strani v Srbiji šele zares odpira. Diplomska naloga proučuje različna stališča s pomočjo uporabe različnih metod in se poskuša približati resnici nekje na »sredini« med podatki pridobljenimi s pomočjo OSINT metode ter mnenji laične javnosti.

Secondary abstract:	Angelina Jolie was visiting Bosnia and Hercegovina - as a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations and has decided by burning personal desire to write a screenplay for the romantic war drama. While writing the script, she has consulted with U.S. diplomats and members of the Clinton administration, Richard Holbrookom, who was one of the co-authors of the Dayton Peace Agreement, General Wesley Clark, who was the director for strategic plans and policy of the Department of Defense during the war in Bosnia and Hercegovina and foreign correspondent Tom Gjeltenom. In the meantime, we should mention that Richard Holbrooke was a respectable "pro bono" President Clinton's envoy to the Balkans, whose task was calm tensions between Serbia and the Army KLA, which strove for the independence of Kosovo. Holbrooke was the vice president of Perseus LLC, a member of the Board of AIG. It is interesting that these firms recorded the highest growth in profits during the war in the Balkans. Clark's controversial meeting and sharing berets with leaders of the Bosnian Serbs, Ratko Mladic, both in the U.S. and throughout the world caused outrage cylinder. Nevertheless, to this same person who has caused controversy and terrible mistakes, was given the title of SACEUR. Public opinion polls show that film in Bosnia and Hercegovina help heal wounds, but on the other side in Serbia really opens up. The thesis examines the different views by using various methods and trying to bring truth somewhere in the "middle" of the obtained data through OSINT methods and opinions of the general public.
