diplomski projekt

Abstract

Mobilna tehnologija je v zadnjih letih postala del našega vsakdana. Uporabljamo jo praktično kjerkoli in kadarkoli.

Secondary title: Application of mobile technology for purchase decision
Secondary abstract: Mobile technology has become part of our daily lives in recent years. We use it practically anywhere and anytime. It helps us with education, work and lately more and more also with shopping decisions. Due to the pandemic the online store has developed rapidly. Many retailers have been forced to move online especially during the country's lock down because of measures to contain the virus. The bachelor thesis presents mobile technology. The role of the consumer and his shopping habits and models of consumer decision making are described. As the use of communication and information technology is also related to purchasing decisions the paper presents electronic business. In the empirical part we found out with the help of a questionnaire that new customers online also joined traditional customers of mobile technology. We compared the differences between the types of products they buy and found that they find buying online easier than in a physical store. We concluded that for most of the population fear of infection is not the main reason for buying online but the desire to save time and access to product information and the possibility of comparing offers prevails.
