Abstract

Dandanes se na vsakem koraku srečujemo s spremembami, tako v zasebnem življenju kot tudi v poslovnem. Težnja po spremembah in pozitivni naravnanosti do njih je zelo velika in hkrati nujno potrebna za uspeh. Da pa so spremembe pozitivno sprejete in v nadaljevanju tudi uspešno izpeljane, je potrebno upoštevati nekaj ključnih dejavnikov, ki k temu veliko prispevajo. Največji pomen za uspešnost uvedbe sprememb v podjetju imata pozitivna naravnanost do sprememb in odprtost zaposlenih do njih. Da to lahko dosežemo, je potrebna dobra komunikacija. Če so ti osnovni pogoji izpolnjeni, je podjetje na dobri poti, da bo sprememba oz. inovacija uspešno sprejeta in nenazadnje tudi uvedena. Za podjetja je danes pomembno, da sledijo novim smernicam, trendom in stremijo k izboljševanju poslovanja, saj jim to prinese večjo optimizacijo, nižje stroške, lažje in enostavnejše delovne procese in še mnogo več. Za dobro in kvalitetno poslovanje morajo podjetja uvesti in izpopolnjevati informacijske rešitve. Postopki uvedbe so lahko različni, odvisni so v prvi vrsti od potreb, zahtev, vložka, velikosti in celovitosti podjetja. Ob končani uvedbi informacijske rešitve so potrebna testiranja in določeni popravki, nato pa tudi spremljanje, ki nam pove, kdaj je potrebno sistem nadgraditi in posodobiti. Magistrsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. V teoretičnem delu sem predstavila vpliv, ki ga imajo spremembe na zaposlene, in odgovorila na vprašanje, na kakšen način bi naj spremembe v podjetju uvajali. Nenazadnje sem se posvetila tudi temu, kako naj bi podjetja uvajala informacijske rešitve. V praktičnem delu sem najprej predstavila primer nadgradnje sistema SAP v podjetju BSH Hišni aparati d. o. o. Nazarje, kjer sem tudi sama zaposlena. Nato sem s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, ki sem ga poslala podjetjem, raziskovala, kakšen je vpliv zaposlenih na uvajanje informacijskih rešitev, ali lahko zaposleni vplivajo na uspešnost uvedbe, ali so pripravljeni sprejeti novosti in kateri so ključni dejavniki uspešne uvedbe.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays we are faced with change at every step, both in private life as well as in business. The desire for a change and a positive attitude towards it is strong and at the same time essential for success. In order for the changes to be positively accepted and successfully implemented in the future, it is necessary to take into account some key factors that play a major role in this process. Of the utmost importance for a successful introduction of change are positive attitude towards change in general and the employees’ openness to it. For this to be achieved, good communication is required. If these basic conditions are met, the company is well on its way to change or innovation being successfully accepted and, last but not least, introduced. It is extremely important for companies today to follow new guidelines, trends, and always strive to improve their business, as this brings them greater optimisation, lower costs, easier and simpler work processes, and much more. For good and quality business, companies must introduce IT solutions and improve them regularly. Implementation procedures can differ, but depend primarily on the company’s needs, requirements, input, size and integrity. Upon completion of the introduction of the IT solution, testing and certain corrections are required, and are followed by careful monitoring, which helps determine when the system needs to be upgraded and updated. The master’s thesis consists of two parts. In the theoretical part, I presented the impact that changes have on employees, and answered the question of how changes should be introduced in the company. Last but not least, I also focused on how exactly companies should implement IT solutions. In the practical part, I first presented an example of upgrading the SAP system in the company BSH Hišni aparati d. o. o. Nazarje, where I am also employed myself. Then, with the help of a questionnaire I sent to companies, I researched the potential impact of employees on the implementation of IT solutions, and found out whether employees can influence the success of the introduction, whether they are willing to accept innovations, and what are the key factors that contribute to the successful implementation
