Vpliv medsebojnih odnosov na uspešnost zdravstvene nege

Abstract

Uspešna in iskrena komunikacija je ključnega pomena za produktivno sodelovanje in s tem povezano uspešnejšo zdravstveno nego. Ob tem je izrednega pomena spoštljiv, korekten in vzajemen medsebojni odnos. V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili komunikacijo in medsebojne odnose ter njihove elemente. Namen diplomskega dela je bil raziskati vpliv medsebojnih odnosov na uspešnost zdravstvene nege na Kliniki za otorinolaringologijo in cervikalno kirurgijo Univerzitetnega kliničnega centra v Ljubljani, izvedeti, kaj posamezniku pomeni dober medsebojni odnos, kako ga izboljšati ter kakšni medsebojni odnosi dejansko vladajo med člani negovalnega tima. Želimo, da bi rezultati raziskave posameznikom postali iztočnica za razmislek o tem, kakšen pomen ima medsebojni odnos, saj je le kvaliteten ključ do odnosa.

Secondary abstract:	Effective and honest communication is essential for productive collaboration and is related to more effective health care. Moreover, it is of utmost importance for respectful, fair, reciprocal relationship. The intention of the thesis is to explore the impact of mutual relations on effective health care at Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Cervicofacial Surgery at University Medical Centre Ljubljana. Additionally, we investigate what good mutual relationship means for each individual, how to improve them and how they are actually represented in the nursery team. Communication and mutual relations and their elements are presented in the thesis. Our results should become a starting point for everyone's personal reflection, about evaluating the importance of interpersonal relations, because only a good relationship leads to great success.
