Abstract

Uspešna podjetja se vse bolj zavedajo pomembnosti kvalitete pri zaposlovanju kadrov, zato so v ta namen pripravljena investirati veliko časa, znanja, truda in potrpljenja, saj vedo, kaj pomeni dobra izbira kadrov. V diplomskem delu smo predstavili proces zaposlovanja kadrov v podjetju Metrel d.d., Horjul. V teoretičnem razdelku smo opisali osnove pridobivanja in izbora oziroma selekcije kadrov ter najpogosteje uporabljene metode na tem področju.V empiričnem delu smo na kratko predstavili podjetje Metrel d.d. in opisali, kako dejansko poteka proces pridobivanja in izbora kadrov v podjetju. Zanimala nas je tudi fluktuacija kadrov v podjetju, zato smo predstavili kritično analizo fluktuacije v preteklih letih in analizo predvidenega odliva iz zaposlitve ter določili potreben obseg dodatnega zaposlovanja glede na razvoj podjetja v prihodnosti. Analiza je pokazala, da je v podjetju sorazmerno visoka stopnja fluktuacije kadrov, ki jih mora podjetje nadomestiti z novimi zaposlitvami. Prikazan je kadrovski načrt podjetja do leta 2015. Ob zaključku smo podali nekaj predlogov, s katerimi bi dodatno izboljšali razmere pri pridobivanju in izbiri kadrov, čeprav je kadrovska funkcija v podjetju očitno zgledno urejena.

Secondary abstract: Quality recruitment is very important and successful companies are increasingly aware of the fact and thus dedicate a lot of time, knowledge and patience to selecting quality staff. This thesis presents the recruitment process at Metrel d.d., a company based in Horjul. The theoretical part covers the basics of the recruitment and selection process, as well as the most frequently used methods. The empirical part first brings a short description of the Metrel company and then of the recruitment process itself. Another point of interest was staff turnover in the company and thus we drew up a critical analysis of staff turnover in the past years and an analysis of predicted outflow from employment, and we also set a rate of additional employment of new staff regarding the development of the company in the future. The analysis shows a fairly high rate of staff turnover which the company needs to compensate by employing new workforce. We present a personnel plan for the years up to 2015. We conclude by giving some suggestions how to additionally improve the recruitment and selection of new staff, though the actual recruitment in the company is well organized.
