diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in motiviranje sta dejavnika, ki vplivata na uspeh organizacije. Potrebe in želje zaposlenih se nenehno spreminjajo, zato je potrebno stalno prilagajanje med podrejenimi in nadrejenimi.
Pomanjkanje zadovoljstva zaposlenih v svojem delovnem okolju je značilnost mnogih organizacij. Z uporabo strokovnega pristopa se je takšnim razmeram mogoče izogniti ali pa jih vsaj omiliti.
Vzroki nezadovoljstva so lahko razni dejavniki kot so: delovni pogoji, plača, slabi medsebojni odnosi, delovni čas, slaba motivacija, pritisk nadrejenih, slaba možnost napredovanja in usposabljanja.
V diplomski nalogi je obravnavano zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v podjetju X.
Teoretični del diplomske naloge zajema dejavnike zadovoljstva zaposlenih kot so samostojnost pri delu, vedenje pri delu, vsebina dela, plača in nagrajevanje zaposlenih, varnost zaposlitve in varnost pri delu, odnosi med zaposlenimi, motivacija zaposlenih.
V nadaljevanju sta predstavljena fluktuacija in absentizem, to zajemata dejavnike, ki vplivajo na fluktuacijo, ter vrste absentizma.
V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge je predstavljenih tudi nekaj primerov predhodnih raziskav.
Empirični del zajema raziskavo zadovoljstva zaposlenih v podjetju X. Rezultati so pokazali, da so zaposleni zelo nezadovoljni pri delu. Nezadovoljstvo zaposlenih se najbolj kaže pri plačilu, odnosu z vodstvom organizacije in nadrejenimi in v tem, da informacije v podjetju niso pravočasne. Na osnovi tega so v zaključku podani predlogi za izboljšanje stanja.

Employee satisfaction in motivation are two factors that influence the success of an organisation. The needs and desires of employees are constantly changing, so regular adjustments between the subordinates and superior employees are required.
The lack of employee satisfaction in the work environment is a characteristic of many organisations. With the use of an expert approach, such condition can be avoided, or at least eased.
Dissatisfaction can be caused by several different factors, such as: work conditions, salary, poor interpersonal relations, opening hours, poor motivation, pressure from the superiors, poor chances of promotion and on-the-job training.
In this thesis, the issue of satisfaction in the company X is examined.
The theoretical part of the thesis includes the factors of employee satisfaction, such as work autonomy, behaviour at work, work type, salary and rewards for employees, job stability, safety at work, employee relations and employee motivation.
Further on, fluctuation and absenteeism are presented, along with the factors that have an affect on fluctuation and the different kinds of absenteeism.
In the theoretical part of the thesis, a number of former studies are introduced.
The empirical part includes the research of employee satisfaction in the company X. The results have shown that the employees are very dissatisfied at workhe information does not reach the company on time.
