Glasbeno delovanje Kulturnega društva Orel Semič

Abstract

Kulturno društvo Orel Semič predstavlja pomembno dopolnitev splošnemu in glasbenemu izobraževalnemu sistemu. Člani lahko znotraj prostovoljnega društva širše izrazijo in razvijejo svoje sposobnosti in interese, predvsem na področju zborovskega petja, pritrkavanja in igranja orgel. Društvo ima za delovanje dobre prostorske pogoje, prav tako članom nudi veliko podporo pri pridobivanju znanja in izkušenj na kulturnem in glasbenem področju ne glede na njihovo starost in predznanje. Člani društva sodelujejo na različnih dogodkih in koncertih, ki jih društvo prireja, v vlogi pevcev, pritrkovalcev, organistov, recitatorjev, zborovodij in organizatorjev prireditev. Pomembno mesto v društvu ima skrb za podmladek, prav tako se v društvu zavedajo vseživljenjskega učenja, medgeneracijskega povezovanja in pomena razvijanja duhovnih in kulturnih vrednot, kar prispeva k celostnemu razvoju osebnosti. S svojim delovanjem želi Kulturno društvo Orel Semič vplivati na razvoj kulture v svojem kraju in v ta namen organizira tudi občinsko prireditev Krakarjevi dnevi, na kateri se vsako leto srečajo vsi pevski zbori, pevske skupine in pritrkovalci občine Semič. Prav tako se društvo povezuje s tremi izobraževalnimi ustanovami v kraju, s Kulturnim centrom Semič, Krajevno knjižnico Semič in Župnijo Semič.

Secondary abstract:	The Orel Semič cultural society is an important addition to the general and music education system. Within the voluntary association, the members can express and develop their abilities and interests more widely, especially in the field of choral singing, bell ringing and organs playing. The association has good spatial conditions for practicing its activities and offers great support to its members in gaining knowledge and experience in the field of culture and music, regardless of their age and prior knowledge. The members of the association participate as singers, bell ringers, organists, reciters, choirmasters and event organizers for various events and concerts organized by the association. An important place in the society belongs to the care of the youth and to the awareness of the lifelong learning, intergenerational connections and to the importance of developing spiritual and cultural values, which contribute to the overall development of one’s personality. Through its activities, the Orel Semič Cultural society wants to influence the development of culture locally, and for this purpose, it organizes a municipal event, the so-called Krakar days, which yearly hosts all choirs, singing groups and bell ringers of the municipality Semič. The association also cooperates with three local educational institutions, the Semič Cultural center, the Semič library and the Semič parish.
