Abstract

Magistrsko delo zajema teoretični, empirični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu temo razdelimo na štiri večje sklope: pedagoško-didaktični sklop, psihološki skop, kulturno-geografski sklop in naravoslovni sklop. Temo povežemo z izkustvenim učenjem in specifiko poučevanja izven učilnice, s cilji iz učnega načrta, osredotočimo se na značilnosti srednjega otroštva, predstavimo občino Črna na Koroškem in OŠ, razširjenost rastlin po območjih, predstavimo herbarij ter podrobneje predstavimo rastline, ki smo jih vključili v praktični del. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili rezultate raziskave, katere namen je raziskati in primerjati stališča do izdelave in vključitve herbarija v pouk. Narejena je bila na manjšem vzorcu (n = 123), med 81 študenti in 42 učitelji razrednega pouka. Podatke smo obdelali s programom SPSS. Rezultati kažejo, da anketirani znanje o poznavanju rastlinskih vrst pri učencih ocenjujejo kot podpovprečno, medtem ko svoje znanje o tem ocenjujejo bolje. Med njimi ga učitelji ocenjujejo bolje kot študentje. Oboji so skladni v prepričanju, da je herbarij dobra metoda za realizacijo navedenih učnih ciljev, večinoma se strinjajo in močno strinjajo s trditvami, da je herbarij dobra metoda. Prav tako se večinoma strinjajo ali popolnoma strinjajo, da ima uporaba herbarija tudi druge pozitivne učinke (npr. izboljšanje motivacije, boljša zapomnitev ...). V praktičnem delu pa predstavimo model vpeljave herbarija v 4. razred OŠ.

Secondary abstract: This master thesis consists of the theoretical, empirical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, the topic is divided into four main sections: pedagogic-didactic section, psychological section, cultural-geographical section and natural science section. We connected the topic with the experiential learning, specifics of teaching outside the classroom and curriculum objectives, focused on the characteristics of middle childhood, presented the Municipality of Črna na Koroškem, Primary school Črna na Koroškem, distribution of plants in different areas and herbarium, and presented in detail plants that are included in the practical part. In the empirical part, we presented the results of a research aimed at researching and comparing opinions about making and including a herbarium in teaching. It was conducted on a smaller sample (n = 123), among 81 students and 42 class teachers. We processed the data in SPSS. The results show that the respondents evaluate the pupils' knowledge about plant species as below average, while they rate their knowledge of it better. Among the respondents, teachers evaluate it better than students. Both agree that the herbarium is a good method for achieving the mentioned learning objectives, they mostly agree and strongly agree with the statement that the herbarium is a good method. They mostly agree and completely agree that using a herbarium also has other positive effects (e.g. improved motivation, better memory …). In the practical part, we presented the model of inclusion of herbarium in the 4th grade of primary school.
