Revitalizacija dvorca Turnišče

Abstract

V Sloveniji, kot tudi drugod po svetu, je ogromno primerov edinstvene kulturne dediščine prepuščene propadanju. Sem spada tudi dvorec Turnišče, ki je danes glede na nekdaj mogočno podobo precej okrnjen. V magistrskem delu je predstavljen predlog idejne prenove dvorca Turnišče. Na samem začetku smo predstavili pomen in vlogo kulturne dediščine na Slovenskem in se dotaknili problematike neučinkovitega varovanja dediščine. Seznanili smo se z renesančno in baročno arhitekturo, kar je pripomoglo k boljšemu razumevanju gradbenega razvoja dvorca. Predlog prenove je rezultat obširne raziskave o dvorcu Turnišče in njegove okolice. Narejena je sodobna avtorska interpretacija dvorca, ki bo ljudem izboljšala predstavo o njem. S sodobnimi arhitekturnimi prijemi je prikazana preteklost, ki je bila sicer popolnoma izbrisana. V dvorcu je načrtovana kavarna, ki se naveže na baročni park, koncertna poročna dvorana in Mesto uspehov Slovenije. Nov program v preostalih obstoječih objektih kompleksa Turnišče območje poveže, da lahko zaživi.

Secondary abstract:	In Slovenia, as well as all around the world, there are numerous examples of unique cultural heritage left to decay. One of them is the Mansion Turnišče, which nowadays is just a diminished image of its previous mighty appearance. This master thesis is a presentation of an idea for the renovation of the Mansion Turnišče. At the beginning, the thesis demonstrates the importance and the role of cultural heritage in Slovenia, and it mentions the existing issues concerning the inefficient cultural heritage protection as well. We were acquainted with renaissance and baroque architecture, which contributed to a better understanding of the constructional development of the mansion. This renovation proposition was created as a result of an extensive research on the Mansion Turnišče and its surroundings. This modern author’s interpretation enables a better visualization of the mansion. Using modern architectural procedures, it shows the past which was otherwise completely erased. The plans include a coffee house which is linked to the baroque park, a concert and wedding hall, and the Museum of Slovenia’s Achievements. The new programme binds together the area and the existing facilities of the complex Turnišče, and brings them to life.
