Težave v nosečnosti

Abstract

Le nekaj redkih nosečnic prestane nosečnost brez ene same težave. Težave v nosečnosti lahko povzročijo veliko neprijetnosti, vendar večina od teh ne ogroža zdravja nosečnic in otroka. Teoretični del diplomske naloge opisuje vrste nosečniških težav in nasvete za njihovo lajšanje. Razdelili smo jih v tri obdobja glede na to, kdaj se najpogosteje pojavljajo. Težave, ki se pojavljajo v nosečnosti, so slabost in bruhanje, pogosto uriniranje, zgaga in zaprtje, hemoroidi, otekanje nog, otežkočeno dihanje. V tem delu smo predstavili tudi zdravstveno vzgojno delovanje medicinskih sester. V drugem delu diplomske naloge smo prikazali rezultate raziskave, ki smo jo opravili s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, katerega smo razdelili med 50 nosečnic, ki so v mesecu juniju in juliju 2011 obiskale Zdravstveni dom Dr. Adolfa Drolca Maribor, Službo za zdravstveno varstvo žensk. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti najpogostejše nosečniške težave in na kakšen način si skušajo nosečnice te težave lajšati. Zanimalo nas je predvsem, ali se nosečnice po nasvete glede nosečniških težav in lajšanja le teh obračajo na medicinske sestre in druge zdravstvene delavce. Ugotovili smo, da se po nasvete raje obračajo na medije, predvsem na internet in pa tudi prijatelje in znance. S pomočjo analize smo ugotovili, da so starejše in bolj izobražene nosečnice bolje obveščene glede nosečniških težav kot tiste, ki so mlajše in manj izobražene. Ta problem bi lahko rešili tako, da bi se medicinske sestre bolj posvetile mladim nosečnicam, tistim, ki so prvič noseče, in tistim, ki so manj izobražene.

Secondary abstract:	Only a few rare pregnant women stand their pregnancy without a single problem. Pregnancy problems can cause a lot of inconvenience, but most of them do not endanger the health of pregnant women and their children. The theoretical part of this diploma contains types of pregnancy problems, causes for their arise and how they can be relieved. The pregnancy problems have been divided into three periods based on their frequency. Problems, wich accure during pregnancy, are nausea and vomit, frequent urination, heartburn and constipation, haemorrhoids, leg swelling, labored breathing. In this part of the diploma, also a health education functioning of the nursery has been presented. A survey has been conducted with the help of a questionnaire, which has been distributed among 50 pregnant women, who have visited the health care center Zdravstveni dom Dr. Adolfa Drolca Maribor, Department of women’s health in June and July 2011. The results of this analysis have been presented in the second part of the diploma. The intention of this diploma is to present the most appeared pregnancy problems and how pregnant women try to ease them. We were interested primarily, whether pregnant women turn to the nurses and other health care workers for advice about their pregnancy problems and how to ease them. It has been established that they prefer using the media, mostly internet, and friends and acquaintances. With this analysis, it has also been established that elderly and more educated pregnant women are better informed about pregnancy problems than the younger and less educated ones. This problem could be solved by nurses dedicating more of their time to the young pregnant women, those, who are pregnant for the first time and the ones with less education.
