Abstract

Iskanje je potekalo v mednarodnih bazah podatkov PubMed, CINAHL/MEDLINE, Web of Science in Science Direct.

Secondary title: E-Learning of nursing students during covid-19 pandemic
Secondary abstract: Introduction: E-learning is a modern form of study that offers many benefits. At the COVID-19 pandemic, most education was provided as e-learning. This is a particular challenge for the education of future nurses, as clinical training is an important part of education. By reviewing the literature, we want to show nursing education's advantages, limitations, and challenges. Methods: A systematic review of the literature was performed. The search was conducted in the international databases PubMed, CINAHL / MEDLINE, Web of Science and Science Direct. We used tools to critically evaluate gathered scientific evidence and thematic analysis with synthesis to analyse data. Results: The search found 83 results. Thirteen studies were included in the final analysis. Three main themes were identified (1) The benefits of e-learning, (2) the Challenges/limitations of e- learning and (3) Recommendations for e-learning. Discussion and conclusion: We found that e-learning in nursing is an effective alternative to traditional nursing education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Students perceive several benefits and challenges related to internet access, technical equipment, financial aspects and work and family burdens. It is important to educate teachers to prepare suitable teaching materials and use modern teaching methods in the e-environment.
