Abstract
Diplomsko delo govori o brezposelnosti, ki je danes velik problem v Sloveniji. Razdeljeno je na teoretični del in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu smo za lažje razumevanje pojma kadrovska funkcija podali nekaj najpogostejših definicij, ki se pojavljajo v literaturi. Nato smo opredelili brezposelnosti, vrste brezposelnosti ter metode merjenja le-te. Na koncu teoretičnega dela so predstavljeni vzroki in posledice brezposelnosti, ter ukrepi za zmanjšanje brezposelnosti. V empiričnem delu smo raziskovali brezposelnost v Sloveniji za leto 2008 in za leto 2010 in njen vpliv na kadrovsko funkcijo v slovenskih podjetjih. Naredili smo analizo terenske raziskave,v kateri je sodelovalo 50 različnih podjetij, ki smo jih izbrali naključno. Zanimalo nas je, kako je bila organizirana kadrovska funkcija v podjetjih, kakšne aktivnosti so v podjetju izvajali na kadrovskem področju ter vpliv brezposelnosti na kadrovsko funkcijo v podjetju v letih 2008 in 2010. Ugotovitve raziskave so nas vodile do predlogov, ki jih navajamo v zaključnem delu diplomske naloge.

My diploma study contains explanations regarding unemployment, which is a major problem in Slovenia. It is divided into theoretical part, where I, in order to help you understand the concept of human resource function, added some of the most common used definitions in literature. The second theoretical part refers to the concept of unemployment, defined by economists. Followed by an explanation of the types of unemployment and methods of measuring it. I made a research of unemployment in Slovenia, for 2008, 2010, and its influence on human resource function in Slovenian companys. Study contains analysis of field research, which includes 50 random chosen companies, its human resource function, their organization and activity. Research findings, lead me to proposals, which i state in final part of my diploma study. |
