Abstract
Cilj magistrskega dela je spoznati vodenje, stile vodenja, odkriti, kakšno vodenje prevladuje v Splošni bolnišnici Murska Sobota in kakšen vpliv ima le-to na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi.
Teoretični del temelji na strokovni literaturi domačih in tujih avtorjev; uporabljena je deskriptivna metoda, s katero je najprej opredeljeno vodenje, stili, procesi in druge sestavine vodenja, spoznamo pa tudi, kaj pomeni zadovoljstvo z delom in dejavnike, ki imajo velik vpliv na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. V empiričnem delu, ki temelji na anketnem vprašalniku, pa ugotavljamo zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z neposredno nadrejenim, zadovoljstvo zaposlenih s svojim delom in zadovoljstvom z vodstvom zdravstvene nege v obravnavani organizaciji. Analiza in rezultati raziskave so predstavljeni v tabelah, z grafi in razpravo; postavljene hipoteze so preverjene in prišli smo do zaključka, da so zaposleni v zdravstveni negi v Splošni Bolnišnici Murska Sobota v veliki meri zadovoljni s svojim delom, s svojim neposredno nadrejenim, le z vodstvom zdravstvene nege nekoliko manj. Kljub dobrim rezultatom so podani ukrepi za povečanje zadovoljstva zaposlenih, ki bodo predstavljena tudi vodstvu organizacije.

Secondary abstract: |
The aim of this Master Degree is to learn about leadership and its different styles, then to find out what kind of leadership prevails in the General Hospital Murska Sobota and what is an influence on employees' satisfaction in health care.
The theoretical part is based on the literature of domestic and foreign authors; in this part is used the descriptive method with which we define leadership, styles, process and other components of leadership and we also find out what job satisfaction means and factors that give a major impact on employees' satisfaction. In the empirical part of this work, which is based on the questionnaire, we find out employees' satisfaction with their superior and employees' satisfaction with the nursing leadership in this particular organization. Analysis and survey results are presented in tables, graphs and discussion; our hypothesis are verified and we have come to the conclusion that employees in health care in General Hospital Murska Sobota are largely satisfied with their work and with their superior, merely not so much with nursing leadership. Despite good results we provide some measures for increasing employees' satisfaction and they will be presented also to the leadership of the organization. |
