Abstract

Uvod: Timi se oblikujejo z namenom sodelovanja za dosego zadanega cilja. So del našega vsakdanjega življenja, saj nas povezujejo v šoli, družini, na delovnem mestu ipd. Organizacije oziroma podjetja oblikujejo time z namenom izboljšanja produktivnosti in zadovoljstva zaposlenih. Tim je skupina, sestavljena iz članov, ki sodelujejo in med seboj komunicirajo, da dosežejo določen cilj. Namen: Namen in cilj diplomskega dela je raziskati vpliv timskega dela na uspešnost zaposlenih v zobnem laboratoriju ter ugotoviti, kaj jih za delo motivira. Predvsem nas zanimajo njihovi medsebojni odnosi in odnosi z ordinacijo. Predstavljamo tim in timsko delo, prednosti in slabosti timskega dela, vrste timov, vloge v timu, komunikacijo v timu, pomen in vlogo vodje tima pri doseganju uspešnosti ter pomen motivacije. Metode dela: V uvodnem delu diplomskega dela smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo s pregledom obstoječe literature. Literaturo smo iskali v knjižnicah in bibliografskih bazah, kot sta Cobiss in Google Učenjak. Uporabili smo tudi kavzalno-neeksperimentalno metodo. Rezultati: Z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da zaposleni v zobnih laboratorijih uspešno timsko delujejo. Tako zaposleni med seboj kot z ordinacijo odlično sodelujejo in komunicirajo, kar je izredno pomembno za uspeh. Zavedajo se tudi dejavnikov, ki so pomembni za njihovo uspešno delo. Motivirani so za svoje delo ter imajo podporo vodstva in vodje tima. Razprava in zaključek: Temeljni pogoj za delovanje in uspeh tima je medsebojno komuniciranje in sodelovanje vseh članov. Pri tem je zelo pomemben vodja tima, saj uspešen vodja pomeni uspešen tim. Tudi motivacija je v timu zelo pomembna, saj brez nje človek ne more izvesti nobene aktivnosti. Za uspešno timsko delo je treba najti prave dejavnike, ki pripeljejo do učinkovitega tima, s tem pa do učinkovitejšega poslovanja in uspeha podjetja.

Secondary abstract: Introduction: Teams are formed to work together to achieve a set goal. They are part of our daily lives because they connect us at school, family, and work, etc. Organizations or companies form teams to improve productivity and employee satisfaction. A team is a group made up of members who work together and communicate to achieve a specific goal. Purpose: The purpose and goal of the diploma thesis is to investigate the impact of teamwork on the performance of dental laboratory employees and what motivates them to work. We are mainly interested in their relationships with each other and with the clinic. We will present team and teamwork, what the advantages and disadvantages of teamwork, types of teams are, roles in the team, communication in the team, the importance and role of team leader in achieving success, and the importance of motivation. Methods: In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis, we used a descriptive method with a review of the existing literature. We searched for literature utilizing libraries and professional databases, such as Cobiss and Google Scholar. A causal-non-experimental method was also used. Results: The research showed that employees in dental laboratories work successfully as a team. Thus, the employees cooperate and communicate with each other and with the clinic which is extremely important for success. They are also aware of the factors that are important for their successful work. They are motivated for their work and have the support of management and team leaders. Discussion and conclusion: The basic condition for the operation and success of the team is mutual communication and cooperation of all members. The team leader is very important in the process because a successful leader means a successful team. Motivation is also very important in a team because, without it, a person cannot do any activity. For successful teamwork, it is necessary to find the right factors that lead us to an efficient team and, thus, to more efficient business and success of the company.
