diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
Zaposlovanje in zaposlenost sta bistvena faktorja ekonomskega razvoja in družbenega ter osebnega položaja ljudi. Pri zaposlovanju kadrov se najprej srečamo z osnovnimi vprašanjem, koliko in kakšni delavci so potrebni pri uresničevanju določenih poslovnih ciljev ob optimalni produktivnosti dela, zato je za podjetje zelo pomembno, da zaposli kadre, ki jih najbolj potrebuje za uresničitev svojih poslovnih načrtov.
V teoretičnem delu povzemamo nekatera prevladujoča strokovna izhodišča na področju zaposlovanja kadrov, medtem ko v empiričnem izdelku predstavljamo manjše podjetje ter njegov praktični pristop pri zaposlovanju kadrov. Na osnovi SWOT analize smo izluščili spoznanja, katere procese na področju zaposlovanja v tem podjetju bi bilo koristno dopolniti oziroma spremeniti. Diplomsko delo zaključujemo s predlogi za izboljšanje procesov, ki zadevajo zlasti pridobivanje in izbiro kadrov.

Recruitment and employment are the key factors of economic development and social and personal situations of people. In recruiting staff, the first encounter is with the basic question, of how many and what kind of workers are needed in achieving specific business objectives to optimize labor productivity, for the company is therefor every important to recruit staff who are most in need to achieve their business plans.
In the theoretical part,we summarize some of the prevailing professional principles in the employment of staff, while in the empirical section,we present a smaller company, and his practical approach to recruiting staff. Based on the SWOT analysis, we extract the lessons, which processes in the field of employment in this company would be usefull to supplement oramend. Degree is concluded with suggestions for improving processes, specifically concern in the acquisition and selection. |
