Abstract

V delu ugotavljamo, da se skladno z razvojem in razširjanjem interneta, razširja in množi tudi otroška pornografija, ter da se, glede na dejstvo, da je tovrstno gradivo lahko izdelano le s storitvijo kaznivega dejanja spolne zlorabe otroka, množijo tudi same spolne zlorabe. Kljub predstavljenim ukrepom za boj proti tovrstni kriminaliteti, lahko zastavljeni hipotezi o učinkovitosti le teh pritrdimo le pogojno. Za uspeh teh ukrepov je namreč potrebno tesno sodelovanje organov pregona, civilne družbe, industrije ter drugih oseb, ki vzgajajo otroke.

Secondary abstract: In work, find that, consistent with the development and dissemination of the Internet, expands and multiplies the child pornography. Besides that, child pornography also has an impact on sexual abuse of a child. At the end we can only partly agree with the third hypotheses – that the described measures are only partly effective, because the success of these measures is the need for close cooperation of law enforcement, civil society, industry and other persons.
