Abstract

Oborožene sile se vse pogosteje srečujejo z nalogami, ki po naravi niso vojaškega značaja. Opravljajo mirovne operacije, ki obsegajo naloge, podobne vojaškim, policijskim ali drugim civilnim nalogam. Vojska lahko v primeru naravnih in drugih nesreč nudi podporo s področja zaščite in reševanja. Oborožene sile se vse pogosteje in v vedno večjem obsegu pripravljajo in usposabljajo za sodelovanje v kriznem menedžmentu, mirovnih, humanitarnih in podobnih neklasičnih vojaških operacijah. V nalogi smo predstavili eno izmed mnogih nevojaških dejavnosti Slovenske vojske, in sicer operacije kriznega odzivanja, ki obsegajo politično, vojaško in civilno delovanje. Civilno-vojaško sodelovanje pripomore k večji uspešnosti in učinkovitosti mirovnih operacij. Sodobne oborožene sile so oblikovane tako, da so sposobne izvajati bojne naloge v okviru nacionalne obrambe, sodelovati v skupnih obrambnih zadevah politično-vojaških zvez ter v mednarodnih mirovnih operacijah pod pokroviteljstvom in nadzorom ZN. S prevzemom organizirane odgovornosti za vzpostavljanje reda in miru oborožene sile ne pripomorejo zgolj k nacionalni dobrobiti, pač pa pomagajo svetu, da premaguje družbene, kulturne, gospodarske in politične krize.

Secondary abstract: Armed forces have been increasingly facing tasks and operations of uncommon military characteristics. They perform peace operations including tasks similar to military, police and other civil tasks. In case of natural catastrophes and other accidents the army is supposed to provide support in the field of protection and rescuing. The Slovenian Armed Forces have been taking servere action in preparations and qualifications for crisis management, peace operations, humanitirian acts, and other similar actions. The study introduces and examines operations of crisis response covering political, military, and civil operations being one of the crucial actions among special non-military operations of the Slovenian Armed Forces. Civil and military cooperation increases success and sufficiency engagements of national protection, to deal with protection matters of political and military unions, and to deal with peace operations under patronage and control of United Nations. By taking over organized responsbility for setting order and peace, armed forces do not only take care of the national wellbeing but also help the world to withstand social, cultural, econimic, and political crises. Cooperation between civiliand and army helps peacekeeping operations be more successful and effective. Modern armed forces in a way of being capable to perform battle tasks in a sense of national defense, to participate in common defense affairs of political-military associations and in international peacekeeping operations under the sponsorship and control of United Nations.
