Abstract
V magistrski nalogi je predstavljen postopek načrtovanja in izvedbe trajnostnega testiranja elektro hidravličnega aktuatorja. Narejen je bil idejni načrt za izdelavo bremenske enote, posodobitev obstoječega EHA sistema, izdelavo električne omare in poteka testiranja. Zasnovana je bila električna in hidravlična vezava komponent. Na sistem so bile nameščene komponente za pravilno delovanje, zagotavljanje varnosti in zajemanje podatkov. Sistemu je bil dodan industrijski mehki logični krmilnik, z izdelanim krmilnim programom, ter programom za vpis pridobljenih podatkov v SQL bazo podatkov in industrijski HMI zaslon z uporabniškim vmesnikom in komunikacijskim programom.

Secondary abstract: |
Master's thesis presents the process of designing and implementation of endurance testing of an electro-hydraulic actuator. A conceptual plan for the design of the load unit, the retrofit of the existing EHA system, the design of the electrical cabinet and the test procedure was made. The electrical and hydraulic interconnection of the components was designed and components were installed on the system to ensure proper operation, safety and data acquisition. An industrial soft programable logic controller was added to the system, with control program and SQL data acquisition program. Industrial HMI display with user interface and communication program was also added. |
