Abstract

Za natančno merjenje pomika ali zasuka uporabljamo dajalnike položaja. Linearne magnetne dajalnike razlikujemo po izhodnih signalih. Eden večjih izdelovalcev magnetnih dajalnikov je podjetje RLS Merilna tehnika d. o. o., kjer je bilo konec 3. letnika opravljeno trimesečno praktično usposabljanje. V diplomski deluje zajet proces konstruiranja in modeliranja naprave za umerjanje linearnih magnetnih dajalnikov, in sicer vse od problemov že obstoječe naprave, kot so natančnost oz. ponovljivost testiranja, do načina vpenjanja in prilagajanja na nove izdelke. Opisana je tudi izdelava 3D modela v programskem paketu SolidWorks in izdelava tehnične dokumentacije za izdelavo naprave.

Secondary abstract: Position encoders are used to accurately measure displacement or rotation. Linear magnetic encoders are distinguished by their output signals. One of the major manufacturers of magnetic encoders is RLS Merilna tehnika d. o. o., where a three-month practical training course was completed at the end of the 3rd year. The thesis covers the process of designing and modelling a device for calibrating linear magnetic encoders. Everything from the problems of the existing device, such as accuracy or repeatability of testing, to the way of clamping and adapting to new products. The creation of a 3D model in SolidWorks and the production of technical documentation for the device are also described.
