Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo poskušali raziskati in ugotoviti vrednote študentov Fakultete za organizacijske vede. Razvili in uporabili smo anketni vprašalnik, ki nam je sluţil kot osnova za raziskavo oziroma analizo anketnih odgovorov. S pomočjo rezultatov odgovorov anketiranih študentov bomo ugotovili, katere so vrednote, ki najbolje označujejo študente Fakultete za organizacijske vede oziroma katere so vrednote, ki študente v največji meri razdvajajo.
S pomočjo raziskave smo prišli do zaključkov, na podlagi katerih smo odgovorili na ključna vprašanja, katera smo si zastavili na začetku naše naloge.
Ugotovili smo, da na Fakulteti za organizacijske vede študentje bolj cenijo nematerialne vrednote in jim pripisujejo večji pomen kot materialnim. Raziskava je tudi pokazala, da med spoloma ne obstajajo statistično pomembne razlike, kar nam daje informacijo, da se vrednote med moško in ţensko populacijo študentov na Fakulteti za organizacijske vede ne razlikujejo.
Prav tako smo v nalogi ţeleli ugotoviti, kako študentje različnih smeri in vrst študija vrednotijo vrednote, saj smo glede na mentaliteto mladih pričakovali, da so razlike prisotne. Raziskava nam je pokazala, da tako študentje druţboslovnih smeri, kakor študentje naravoslovnih smeri, cenijo in dajejo enako teţo istim vrednotam. Smo pa po drugi strani z raziskavo dokazali, kje so prisotne oziroma kje se kaţejo razlike med študenti dodiplomskega in študenti podiplomskega študija ter katere vrednote slednji skupini študentov preferirajo.
Nenazadnje pa smo z anketnim vprašalnikom ţeleli pridobiti informacijo, ali so študentje Fakultete za organizacijske vede tekom študija pridobili nove karierne vrednote. Ugotovili smo, da študij na Fakulteti za organizacijske vede omogoča študentom razvoj na področju kariere, saj jim daje vrednote, ki so pomembne za osebnostni razvoj.

In the thesis we tried to investigate and determine the values of students of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. We have developed and applied a questionnaire, which will serve as the basis for analysis of survey responses. Using the results of the students’ responses we tried to determine, which values students describe best or which are the values that largely dispart the students.
Through research we have come to conclusions, based on answering the key questions of our questionnaire, which we set at the beginning of our task.
We found that the students of Faculty of Organizational Sciences have more appreciation for the intangible values and found them more valuable and useful than material values. The survey also showed that there are gender differences statistically significant, which gives us information that the values between male and female population of students of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences are not different.
We also want the task to determine how students of different directions evaluate the values of study. We expected some differences, because of the mentality of the younger generation. Research has shown us, that students as of social sciences and as of natural sciences appreciate and give the same weight to the same values. On the other hand the survey showed, where the students are present or where are the differences between students in undergraduate and in postgraduate, and which values the group of students prefers.
Finally we wanted a questionnaire to obtain information, whether the students of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences during the studies gained new career values. We found that studies on Faculty for Organizational Sciences enables students to develop careers in the field and giving them the values that are important for personal development. |
