Abstract

Osrednja tema magistrske naloge je izobraževanje v podjetjih in evalvacija tega. Izobraževanje je danes postalo ključno sredstvo v konkurenčnem boju. Znanje prevzema vodilno vlogo pri določanju uspešnosti gospodarjenja in aktivnega sodelovanja zaposlenih v podjetju. Tekmovalnost je prisotna vsepovsod in biti najboljši postaja slogan, tako podjetij kot tudi posameznikov. Nič drugače ni na področju izobraževalne dejavnosti. Ali je bil izobraževalni dogodek uspešen? Ali so bila izpolnjena vsa pričakovanja udeležencev? Kaj bi lahko spremenili in še in še je vprašanj, ki terjajo odgovor. Ključno dejanje je evalvacija, ki je sicer zadnja, a vendar neizogibna faza in ki ne pomeni zaključek, temveč začetek novih aktivnosti v smeri doseganja želene kakovosti. V uvodnem delu bomo predstavili preučevano problematiko, namen, cilje in metode dela. Nadaljevali bomo s teoretičnim delom, kjer bomo s pomočjo literature predstavili teoretična izhodišča izobraževalne dejavnosti v podjetjih. Opredelili bomo pomen in cilje te dejavnosti kot tudi naloge, ki so sestavni del tega. Tretje poglavje bomo namenili evalvaciji, kot pomembnim delom izobraževalnega procesa. Začeli bomo z osnovno definicijo evalvacije ter nadaljevali z vrstami in modeli, namenom in cilji evalvacije. V petem poglavju bo predstavljena družba DARS d.d., njegova zgodovina, vizija, poslanstvo, strateške usmeritve kot tudi organizacijska struktura in poslovanje družbe. Šesto poglavje smo namenili evalvaciji izobraževanja v obravnavani družbi. Predstavili bomo aktivnosti, ki so potekale v preteklem letu in ki so bile podlaga za raziskavo. Rezultati, ki smo jih pridobili z metodo anketnega vprašalnika in s pomočjo SPSS programa za kvantitativno obdelavo podatkov, bodo pomemben odgovor na pomen izobraževanja in pomembnost evalvacije v tej korelaciji.

Secondary abstract: The central topic of the master work is education in companies and its evaluation. Education has become the key tool for economic competition. Knowledge is taking the leading role in determining successful management and active participation of the employees in the company. Competition is present everywhere and to be the best has become the slogan of companies as well as individuals. The same is true in the education sector. Was the education event successful? Were the expectations of all the participants fulfilled? What could be improved in the future? And so many other questions that deserve an answer. The main action is evaluation, which is the last phase but nevertheless a necessary one. Evaluation is not the conclusion but the beginning of new activities in order to achieve the desired quality. In the introduction of the master work, the studied problem, the purpose, the goal and the methods of work will be presented. Continuing with the theoretical work, the theoretical base for educational activities in companies will be established with the help of selected literature. The meaning and the goals, together with the processes, which form an integral part, will be determined. The third chapter will be allocated for the evaluation as an important part of the education process. First, the basic definition of evaluation will be set and then the types and models, purposes and goals of evaluation will follow. The fifth chapter will present the company DARS d.d., its history, vision, mission, strategic orientation and also its organizational structure and management. Sixth chapter is intended for the evaluation of education in the above mentioned company. The activities, which were conducted in the past year and were the base for the research, will be presented. The results, obtained by the method of the questionnaire and the help of SPSS, a computer program for the quantitative processing of data, will provide helpful information regarding the significance of education and the importance of evaluation.
