diplomsko delo
Abstract
To informacijo dobimo s pomočjo digitalnega vhoda krmilnika.
Sistem je izveden s programirljivim logičnim krmilnikom (PLK) Siemens S7-1511. Vsebuje ustrezen krmilni program in vse potrebne podatkovne strukture.

ǂA ǂsystem for monitoring the activity of industrial means of production |
Secondary abstract: |
For my thesis I have developed a universal and modular system that allows effective monitoring of any industrial production. With its help, we can monitor machine activity in production in real time. It allows us to analyze the data from the last three shifts.
The most important information for the system is whether the machine is working or not in each time frame. We get this information from the digital input of the controller.
The system is equipped with a Siemens S7-1511 programmable logic controller (PLC). It contains the control program for acquiring and processing data with all the necessary data structures. The structures are ready for further processing and analysis by higher-level systems.
The operator panel Siemens TP1200 COMFORT provides the necessary visualization, which enables a graphical representation of all acquired data.
Initially, I created a simple manual simulator using switches, but although it worked correctly, it was extremely impractical and I had to find a more complex solution, so I created an automatic simulator using the S7-1214 PLC, which was able to simulate the timing diagrams I had previously created for several machines.
With the help of automatic simulator, I was able to successfully test my system and perform an analysis of the collected data. The system provides the user with information about the effectiveness of the machines used and offers an excellent tool for analyzing and optimizing production. |
