Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja delovanje in programiranje postaj na proizvodni liniji z enajstimi postajami, ki avtomatsko sestavljajo ukrivljene LCD-zaslone. Pri projektu sem sodeloval kot član ekipe podjetja INEA d.o.o. Na začetku je opisana celotna linija in uporabljena programska ter strojna oprema. Sledi opis delovanja posameznih postaj. Moj del omenjenega projekta je bila strežna enota za pladnje, ki je v nadaljevanju podrobneje opisana. Programska logika na programirljivem logičnem krmilniku in grafični izgled zaslonov vmesnika človek-stroj sta narejena v programskem okolju TIA portal V16. Programska logika je po naročnikovih zahtevah napisana v lestvičnem diagramu. Vse od izdelave do funkcionalnosti je predstavljeno proti koncu diplomske naloge. Na podlagi postavljene in zagnane linije ter zadovoljstva stranke sklepam, da je bil projekt uspešno izpeljan.

Secondary title: Automation of a production line for curved displays
Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis presents the operation and software implementation of stations on a line with eleven stations, which automatically assemble curved LCD-displays. I participated in the construction of the line as part of a project at INEA d.o.o. At the beginning, the entire installation and the software and hardware used are described. This is followed by a description of how the individual stations work. My part of the project was the tray feeder, which is described in more detail in the following sections. The program logic on the programmable logic controller and the graphic layout of the screens of the human-machine interface were created in the software environment TIA portal V16. According to the customer's requirements, the program logic is mostly written in a ladder diagram. Everything from production to functionality is represented at the end. Based on the fact that we have put the line into operation and that the customers are satisfied, I can assume that the project has been completed successfully.
