Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je bil izvesti reakcije med enaminoni in S-metil tiosečnino za pripravo S- metiliranih pirimidin-2-tionov oz. pripraviti metilirane pirimidin-2-tionske substrate z S-metilacijo z ustreznimi metilirajočimi reagenti, ter izvesti poskusne reakcije sintetiziranega metiliranega pirimidin-2-tionskega substrata za sintezo kovinskih kompleksov. V okviru diplomske naloge sem sintetizirala S-metiliran pirimidin-2-tionski substrat in pripravila dva kompleksa. Sintetiziran S-metiliran pirimidin-2-tionski substrat je bil karakteriziran z jedrsko magnetno resonanco (NMR), masno spektrometrijo (HRMS) in rentgensko difrakcijo, kompleksi pa z jedrsko magnetno resonanco (NMR) in masno spektrometrijo (HRMS).

Secondary abstract: The purpose of my thesis was to prepare methylated pyrimidine-2-thiones using methylating agents or by reacting enaminones with S-methyl thiourea, and to perform test reactions with methylated pyrimidine-2-thione substrates to synthesize metal complexes. A S-methylated pyrimidine-2-thione substrate and two complexes were prepared. S-methylated substrate was characterized with nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), mass spectrometry (HRMS) and X-ray diffraction. Complexes were characterized with nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and mass spectrometry (HRMS).
